He pronounces, â€Å"I detested them just like the meanest just as the wickedest of men,† (Douglass, p 164). He holds Andrew and Mrs. Hamilton to be the instances of this inhumanity. Douglas is without a doubt angry about his bondage encounters. His learning makes him intensely aware of subjugation as an infringement of human rights. His contempt of the out of line society, which has denied his kin their opportunity, is clear all through the Narrative. He portrays such a general public as made out of â€Å"a band of robbers,† (Douglass, p 164). Douglass is especially anguished by the merciless treatment distributed to his grandma, who is surrendered and ended up dieing alone in her mature age. He denounces a general public that bolsters subjection as one in which â€Å"the exercise of unreliable power† (Douglass, p 162) is endorsed. It is subjugation which makes savages of a general public. Charles Darwin’s Natural Selection manages the centrality of regular varieties, and the advancement of those varieties which are positive for the endurance of the species.
